Programs for Patients
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In this practice, a unique combination of gentle yoga postures, breath awareness, and mindfulness will help down-regulate the nervous system and help connect you to the present moment. We will begin with gentle and rhythmic movements in a supine position on the mat to support the conditioning of the joints and muscles. This class will integrate pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditation to help elicit a relaxation response and ease you into your evening.
