Balance and Restore Evening Yoga Series
SDK Therapy is excited to announce an evening yoga program for our patients, with Tina Paul, Certified Yoga Instructor
CLASS DESCRIPTION:
In this upcoming six-week series, practice a unique combination of 30-minute mat practice and 30-minute restorative practice to help you ease into your evening routine and support quality sleep. In the first half, you will practice yoga postures that support strength and balance. In the slower-paced restorative practice, you will use props to support conscious relaxation. Each session will integrate pranayama (breathing practices) and guided meditation to help elicit a relaxation response and ease you into your evening.
